Analysis and Management of Processes in Supply Chains Using Big Data Technology

The actuality of the theme of the dissertation work is that logistical integration is impossible without the IT infrastructure. It is necessary to create a supporting infrastructure that combines various services into a single digital model. Big data practice plays an important role in SCM of business organizations and regulates logistical processes using big data analytics. The work with big data and their analysis is an integral part of this aspect of the activities of logistics organizations. While working on the topic of this dissertation research, we have studied a large number of domestic and foreign literature sources, textbooks and scientific articles. The paper shows the possibilities and applications of big data technologies and methods of their analysis in SCM, based on the analysis of the literature on the use of big data in strategies and operations in the SCM, developed an application based on big data in the field of customer relations and prediction of demand in the SCM using methods. It also shows the connection with the main processes in the SCM, which allowed to carry out organizational design, to build the strategy and processes of CRM, to show demand planning communication with other processes in the SCM for which information flow management is organized, digital integrated operating models are built, interfaces supporting the IT infrastructure on Based on cloud technologies. Thus, no modern company can do without the processing of digital information, and the growth rate of the volume of information increases day by day. The quality of processing and completeness of information are the key to making the right management decisions. On the "floating" of a large flow of information will remain those companies that correctly understand the problem and are engaged in its solution, including developing and implementing Big Data technologies.
