Optimization of the Storage System at the Enterprise Nestle Russia Ltd

The goal of the master thesis is to analyze and develop measures to optimize the warehousing system in the warehouse, aimed at increasing the efficiency of work and existing business processes of the company. The events are coordinated with the existing logistics strategy of the company, which consists in providing the best level of customer service while maximizing profits. The optimization activities will be conducted using the example of the Nestle Russia warehouse. In analyzing the logistics activities of the company, the following problems were identified: irrational use of the storage space and inconsistency in the fulfillment of the schedule for fulfilling orders. The object of the master thesis is the storage facilities of Almet. The subject of the study is the optimization of the storage system in the warehouse of Alma. The economic expediency of practical application of the proposed optimization measures has been proved in the master thesis. As a result, the return on equity and the turnover of goods have increased.
