The Impact of Organizational Capital on Companies' Performance

The paper studies the influence of organizational capital features on the company's performance indicators. The main part of the study is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part includes a literature review that helps to understand the concept and structure of organizational capital. A literature review also helps to study previous empirical research. The empirical part of the study is based on the data base of the BEEPS inter-country project of the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. In this part, an investigation is being conducted, and the results showed the influence of certain components of organizational capital on the enterprise's performance.
