Student: Boyarkina Ekaterina

Supervisor: Leonid Yasnitsky

Faculty: Faculty of Economics, Management, and Business Informatics

Educational Programme: Business Informatics (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2017

The work deals with the design and development of an intelligent psychodiagnostic system for identifying human abilities using the method of neural networks. The field of research is the person's ability to business, successful entrepreneurial activity, the criterion for the success of which is profit. Therefore, for the analysis of the subject area, personal data were collected on the most successful Russian entrepreneurs heading the Russian list of Forbes as of 2016 in the number of 105 people. For comparison, the personal data of people who are not successful businessmen were entered into the database: data of bankrupt entrepreneurs and people engaged in the field of science were used. The total number of examples in the sample was 200 people. To study the subject domain, a neural network was designed, which was trained in two programs. To analyze the dependencies of the input parameters and to implement the mathematical model, the software package "Neuro-simulator 5" was used, to compare the output results of the trained network, the software product "Statistica 10" was used. Based on the projected and trained neural network, the application "IP of Psychodiagnostics for revealing human abilities" was developed using the program "Microsoft Visual Studio 2012". The application is written in the C # programming language.
