Keywords Information Systems, business process optimization, ERP implementation For the transnational corporations it is a topic of hight priority to manage their business processes. Large companies must continuously improve the efficiency of their processes if they want to remain competitive. For international companies operating in several regions, the work of all its’ regional business units in a single information system is especially important - this facilitates the integration of business processes in the supply chain, which leads to better coordination both within the company and in interaction with suppliers. The aim of the master's thesis is to optimize the business processes in the supply chain of the Calzedonia Group, in order to improve the efficiency of its’ logistics system. As a result of this paper, a decision was made to change the company's information system. An analysis of existing processes and modelling of processes after the implementation of the proposed solution was carried out. The economic feasibility of the proposed changes was assessed and proved with DuPont model. 5. Volume of masters’ thesis: p. – 84, pictures – 25, tables - 10, references – 24.
