In this paper, we investigate the possibility of constructing a system for detecting hidden text information in jpeg files. We consider well-known methods of hiding and extracting information from jpeg files, we analyze software products which provide hiding of information in digital files, also we propose algorithms of the program for developing an automated system for detection of steganographic text transfer in jpeg files.
