Criminal Liability for Bribe-Taking

A.V. Grigoryan Criminal Liability for Bribe-Taking The aim of qualifying work is the consideration of the criminal responsibility for taking bribes. The main tasks of qualification work are: a)the General criminally-legal characteristic of bribery; b) consideration of General trends of foreign legislation in the sphere of establishing criminal liability for receiving a bribe; C) identify some problems in the implementation of the qualifications for receiving a bribe and propose areas of improvement of legislation. Final qualifying work consists of introduction, three chapters, seven paragraphs, conclusion and bibliography list. Chapter I characteristics of criminal liability for bribery. We study the formation and development of domestic legislation on criminal liability for taking bribes. Examines the legislation of foreign countries, establishing criminal liability for receiving a bribe Chapter II is devoted to criminal-legal characteristic of bribery. The subject of the study in this Chapter are: objective and subjective signs of receiving a bribe. Chapter III focuses on the analysis of the problems of liability for bribe-taking and improving legislation.
