Key words: cycle time customer order, reverse logistics, foot couriers, delivery, delivery by the tricycles, order fulfillment process customer returns process, issuing of the order. This work shows how the proposed measures could increase the profitability of the company and reduce cycle time of customer's order execution. The aim of this work is to develop a system of measures for reduction the time cycle customer order in online store. In article are mentioned the stages of the cycle of a customer order, the factors affecting total duration, and problems faced by company when implementing the business process "order Fulfillment" of the customer. In Russian company has developed the system of measures aimed to reduce the cycle time of customer's order execution. New options were offered for the delivery of goods to the customer and at the point of delivery of orders. Also in this work is named a measure for the reduction of returned goods, as well as a measure to reduce the number of errors during order picking customer by introducing additional marking. The results of this work are reflected in the DuPont model, which shows the change of the main economic indicators of the company after the implementation of the proposed measures.
