This paper deals with a project of the logistics network optimization on the case of CooperVision LLC. The company aims to get access to new markets and reduce delivery time for all clients. The main goal of this paper is to develop the methodology of a logistics network optimization for trading companies which work in a pharmaceutical sphere of business. Approach to a logistics network optimization was developed. It is universal and can be applied to other similar projects in a pharmaceutical supply chains business. The problem was solved based on a developed multiobjective mathematical model. A mathematical programming language (AMPL) was used to determine the optimal solution. Profitability of the proposed solutions is proved using Dupont model. Length of master’s thesis: pages – 86, pictures - 20, tables - 19, list of literature sources - 51, appendixes – 2 on 2 pages.
