Legal Representation in Arbitration Proceedings

The object of the research is a set of legal public relations emerging during arbitral proceedings. The aim of the research is an in-depth study of arbitral and civil law rules governing the implementation of arbitral proceedings, as well as consideration of the most important legal issues in the civil and arbitral proceedings. In order to accomplish this purpose, a number of aims are set in the work: • To define the concept and essence of the representation; • To investigate the legal status of the representative in the arbitral proceedings; • To analyze the competence of the representative and identify problems; • To identify the most urgent problems of representation, to consider possible ways to deal with them. Thus the work discloses the results of a systematic review of existing laws, literature and jurisprudence. The work consists of three chapters, which are divided into seven paragraphs. The first chapter deals with the concept and essence of representation. In the second chapter, the concept of the representative and his competences are analyzed. The third chapter deals with the most discussed problems of representation in arbitral proceedings.
