Improvement of the Logistics System by the Example of "Prepreg-ACM"

Graduation qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, a bibliographic list (52 titles). The main text of the final qualifying work is presented on 100 pages, including 20 tables and 21 figures. The introduction presents a general description of the research: the relevance of the topic is substantiated, the goals and tasks are formulated, the investigated object and subject are characterized, the scientific novelty and practical significance of the work are determined. In the first chapter, financial-economic and logistic activities of Prepreg-SCM JSC, its position on the market, as well as the main problems of the existing logistics system, impeding the successful entry into export markets, were analyzed. The main zones for improvement will be defined. The second chapter formalized the basic concepts of improving logistics systems, as well as proposed measures to improve procurement activities. In the third, the effect of the change in the logistics system on the efficiency of the company's activities was made and investigated. In conclusion, the main findings and results of the master's thesis are stated.
