Legal Status of Tenant Builder in Russian Federation

Research paper is devoted to legal status of tenant builders in the Russian Federation in order to define certain suggestions, recommendations on improvement of the legal status which in its turn procures effective realization of tenant builder's duties and obligations. Research paper combines analysis of current legislation and case law. On the basis of carried research legal criteria of the tenant builder were determined, features of legal status of the tenant builder on the each stage of building processes were examined.
