The Development of the Political and Legal Ideas of Pochvennichestvo in the Second Half of 20th - Early 21th Centuries

The author investigates the problem of political and legal problems of pochvennichestvo in the second half of the XX - early XXI centuries. The ideas of pochvennichestvo are relevant and continue to develop with the support of the state and society. In the paper: the general characteristics of pochvennichestvo are briefly presented; the main representatives are named; the basic political and legal ideas of "classical" pochvennichestvo are determined; the development of pochvennichestvo's ideas in the second half of the 20th century is analysed; the main directions of development of pochvennichestvo's ideas in the 21st century and their content are singled out. In conclusion, the author said that nowadays there is no clearly formulated political program of pochvennichestvo and it is not framed in a separate ideology.
