Optimization of the Logistics Network of the Manufacturing Company Using Mathematical Modeling (on the Case of LLC PepsiCo Holdings)

This paper deals with a project of the logistics network optimization on the case of PepsiCo Holdings LLC. The company aims to reduce operational costs increasing customer service level. The main goal of this paper is to develop the methodology of a logistics network optimization for manufacturing companies which work in a FMCG sphere of business. Approach to a logistics network optimization was developed. It is universal and can be applied to other similar projects in a FMCS sector in supply chains business. The problem was solved based on a developed multiobjective mathematical model. A mathematical programming language (AMPL) was used to determine the optimal solution. Profitability of the proposed solutions is proved using Dupont model. Length of master’s thesis: pages – 88, pictures - 20, tables - 27, list of literature sources - 18.
