The aim of the Bachelor's degree is to develop a methodology and an economic justification for implementing a warehouse management system and conducting accompanying changes in warehouse logistics of JSCNP company "Volvo Vostok" During the analysis of the logistic activity of the enterprise, the following problems were identified: high level of defective, obsolete and illiquid goods in the company's warehouses, low speed of acceptance, picking and picking in the company's warehouses, irrational space-planning solutions, high level of errors in order picking, absence The possibility of monitoring processes in real time and the lack of a single information space, inefficient use of the storage capacity. The object of research is company JSCNP "Volvo Vostok". In this WRC, recommendations were developed for a phased effective implementation of the Warehouse Management System in JSCNP "Volvo Vostok". The economic feasibility of practical application of the proposed recommendations is proved. Profitability of the company's equity increased by 0.5%. 4.
