The object of research is company JSCNP "Volvo Vostok". In this WRC, recommendations were developed for a phased effective implementation of the Warehouse Management System in JSCNP "Volvo Vostok". The economic feasibility of practical application of the proposed recommendations is proved. Profitability of the company's equity increased by 0.5%. 4.
