Need of keeping the principle of efficiency and effectiveness of government procurement taking into account achievement of the most qualitative clinical result in the conditions of limited resources causes the choice of subject of the thesis. In many respects quality and availability of medical care depend on clinic-technical equipment of the medical organization. Urgent task is improvement of methods of making decisions on purchase of the medical equipment. The purpose of the thesis is justification of approaches to assessment procedure of clinic-economic efficiency of planning process purchases of the medical equipment.
