Logistics Service Improvement Using Joint Forecasting on the Case of "The Coca-Cola Company"

In order to achieve competitive advantages and to achieve customer loyalty in the retail market, large trading networks need to develop their information systems and build long and strong relationships with their main suppliers that are most profitable. The technology of joint planning, forecasting and replenishment (CPFR) helps to achieve the above tasks. Once the trading network and supplier cooperate closely and share all the necessary information for planning and forecasting, the entire supply chain will be improved. The goal of the final qualification work is the development of information solutions that allow to optimize the added value of the product in the supply chain, reduce costs and improve the efficiency of the supply chain. The object of the study is the international trading company Coca-Cola HBC Eurasia. The subject of the study is the creation of informational portal for participants in the supply chain to monitor the quality of logistics services
