This academic work relates to one of the most relevant facets of management and organizational psychology. The first theoretical part includes analytical work, which reveals and explains several levels of organizational systems from the point of view of psychodynamic processes. The second part is devoted to analysis of the results of diagnostic interviews with the members of agile organizations.
