Tourism Destination Competitiveness Assessment: the Case of Crimea Region

The main purpose of this master paper is to assess Crimea’s destination competitiveness. Thus, in these paper the review of the most famous tourism destination competitiveness has been done. According with these literature review and with the expert review approach, the number of main tourism destination competitiveness attributes for Crimea have been identified. Applying this attributes, a quantitative questionnaire survey was conducted to tourists. The results were discussed on importance-performance analysis (IPA) grid which provides a clearer understanding of in what attributes Crimea has more competitive or where it has less and need to be imporved.
