Bankruptcy is one of the most important elements of a market economy. And with the emergence of the first economic and property relations, not all of their participants could take part in them due to non-fulfillment of their monetary and other property obligations. It is possible to explain such a suspension by the fact that the debtor introduces into the difficult situation not only itself, but also creates problems for other participants in the process: its partners and counterparties. This issue seems very serious because result of the opportunistic behavior of counterparties and their violation of their property obligations, due to the deep interconnectedness of economic relations, there is a disruption in the course of the entire economic process, and preconditions are created for the crisis and collapse of the entire financial system, both on the local and public level.
