Determinants of University Graduates' Job Satisfaction in the Initial Career Stage

In the research the analyzes the situation of higher educational institutions graduates on the Russian labor market is given. Satisfaction survey of graduates on two data sources was carried out. (I) Survey of HSE graduates in 2014 and 2015. (II) Survey of graduates from the RLMS-HSE database for the period from 2010 to 2015. The main conclusions are that young men and women assess job satisfaction equally, and wages are not correlated with satisfaction with the work, working conditions and career opportunities.
