Analysis of Methods of "Electronic Dispute" Resolution (Technologies of Resolve Disputes)

Research topic: Analysis of Methods of "Electronic Dispute" Resolution (Technologies of Resolve Disputes). The purpose of the work: the development of a model for a possible development of both methods of EDR and their implementation in Russia. The object of the research is the methodology of EDR. The subject of the study are the main methods of EDR, their properties and features. Research hypothesis: subject to the improvement of the legal system of the Russia, the development of methods for EDR in the future will reduce the amount of court costs and simplify the judicial process. Objectives of work: To define the concept of alternative dispute resolution. To determine the concept of electronic dispute resolution. To identify the development stages of the EDR. To show what are the advantages of EDR. To identify the main methods of EDR. To review these methods To develop a model of a possible development option for both the methods of EDR and their implementation in the Russian legal system. Draw conclusions about the work done. Research methods include: analysis, classification, synthesis, analogy, comparison and theoretical modeling. The structure of the work consists of several parts: introduction, main part, which includes gathering theoretical information about the topic, choice of research methods and practical part of the project, as well as conclusions and a list of sources used. Main results of work: ADR and EDR were determined, their stages of development were shown and basic methods were identified. After that, the analysis of these methods was carried out and the main characteristics were revealed. As a result, a predictive model was created in which the main pros and cons of EDR methods were identified, possible options for the use of electronic dispute resolution in the future were predicted, as well as suggestions for further development of this technology in Russia. As a result, the main hypothesis of the work was confirmed.
