Sport Responsibility Within FIFA: Types, Appeal Procedure

The effectiveness of any rule is ensured by the sanction for its non-compliance. Sports responsibility is no exception. In the field of football, the main football organization - FIFA - is responsible for monitoring violations and sanctions. Not infrequently, the imposition of this or that responsibility on players, clubs and federations of football. In this paper, the procedure for imposing sport responsibility on subjects of sports law within the framework of FIFA is considered. The topic seems to be relevant and scientifically based on the fact that in the domestic literature the issue is undeveloped. The main task of the work is to overcome the gap in the doctrine of sports law regarding the imposition of sporting responsibility.
