Development of the Social Entrepreneurial Project

The reason for the emergence of social enterprises can be called the inefficiency of some social institutions. The practical significance of the work lies in the implementation of a social entrepreneurial project. The goal of the study is the development and implementation of a social project in Russia. Objectives of the study: - to reveal the role of social entrepreneurship in modern society; - highlight the problems of social entrepreneurship in Russia and the ways of its reform; - analyze the successful experience of implementing social entrepreneurial projects; - to study the peculiarities of creating social enterprises, to analyze the external environment for the opening of a social enterprise in Russia; - Develop a business plan for a social enterprise for waste processing; - Develop a strategy for the development of the company for the next 5 years. The object of research is the process of developing a social entrepreneurial project in Russia. The subject of the study are the features of the creation, development and implementation of a social entrepreneurial project. This master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of literature, and applications. The first chapter of the paper deals with the theoretical foundations of social entrepreneurship. The current state of social entrepreneurship in Russia is analyzed. In the second chapter, special attention is paid to the methodology of creating a social entrepreneurial project in Russia. The experience of successful social enterprises is analyzed. Problems are identified when creating private social enterprises and the reasons for their success. The main theme of the third chapter is the implementation of a social entrepreneurial project. A business plan is drawn up, resources are searched, and a strategy for the development of this social enterprise is developed.
