Equability of Judicial Practice and Means of Its Provision
2017
The work is devoted to the study of uniformity of judicial practice from the theoretical and practical points of view. The theoretical significance of the topic is connected not only with the continuation of the discussion on ensuring the rule of law, protecting the rights and lawful interests of the individual, in relation to overcoming judicial errors, but also with a lack of a common understanding of the uniformity of judicial practice. Ultimately, his faithful interpretation, consistent with the objectives of justice, must underpin the effectiveness of the judicial system, its activities and internal systemic judicial management.

The practical significance of the results of the work is relevant, which, in particular, demonstrates, in particular, both the relatively recent reunification of the two highest judicial instances in the country, and the forecasting of the spread of unification processes to all types of judicial jurisdiction under the auspices of a single high court ensuring uniformity of law enforcement in the country.
