This academic paper is concerned with the research of theoretical bases of developing the logistics system of an enterprise with a view to develop the algorithms and methods, which would be universal for any enterprise and could show the result in a short period. In the first charter of this thesis theoretical base of logistics systems decomposition and its management was analyzed. In the second chapter the author developed his own algorithm for improving a logistics system of an enterprise which is based on the analysis of existing algorithms and methods. Also, there was developed a model of strategic and tactical goals formation through determining a financial status of a company and a stage of its life cycle. In the third chapter of the thesis the work of developing the logistics system of Avtomobilniye Radiatori LLC was conducted to approve the applicability of the developed algorithm and models. The scientific novelty of the results of the present thesis is as follows: 1) the algorithm for improving the logistics system was schematically presented and described in detail. In the author's opinion, it is universal for any organization and gives a quick result; 2) there was developed a strategic matrix, in each quadrant of which a certain strategy is presented by corresponding to a certain financial condition and stage of the life cycle of the company. Methods for determining the financial condition and the stage of the company's life cycle are also developed and given by the author; 3) there was developed a scheme of task description for mathematical programming to determine the company’s tactical goals; 4) a table of inter-functional conflicts divided by the components of the logistics system and the business processes that are going on in them was formed on the basis of a survey of participants of logistics business processes of the company Avtomobilniye Radiatori LLC.
