The project activity involves the creation of new knowledge. To overcome this shortcoming, we have tried to link knowledge management with project management methodology. One way to establish this relationship is to integrate the knowledge management processes in project activities. Using the life cycle of knowledge, we identified the typical steps in project management and integrated these processes, and showed the work of wiki systems on each of the stages. During the work, we conducted the analysis of business processes in the company JSC "ER-Telecom holding", and with the help of in-depth interviews with experts identified the main life cycles of the projects implemented in the company, and the main problems with the conduct of a knowledge base, and developed recommendations to improve existing processes for working with knowledge in projects.
