The Transformation the EU’s Energy Policy in Relations with Russia Influenced by the Ukrainian Factor

The paper analyzes the transformation of the European Union's energy policy towards Russia. The concept of the Ukrainian state and its influence on the EU-Russia energy relations is defined. And also variants of scenario of development of events are given.
