Digital Signature in Electronic Document Flow

In the current essay was made an analysis of russian and european legislation and actual court practise, related to the legal regulation of electronic signutare in electronic document flow. Several theroretical and practival problems of legal regulation in this field were designated.The essay illustrates the importance of adequate regulation of the institution of electronic signature and electronic document flow. In the essay was assesed electronic signature as a legal instrument of significance of electronic document flow. Several practical examples of successful application of electronic document as an alternative of paper document were given. The essay shows the advisability of government mandatory regulation of the institutions of electronic signutare and electronic document flow. The authur describes the necessity of further development of united application of electronic signutare and electronic document flow. It is also possible to evolve institution of verification centers in the filed of electronic signutares and attract other subjects for verification purposes.
