The Role of Civil Society in Intrusion of Resourse Saving Programms in Russia

At the moment, there is a real opportunity to unite state power with civil society for the benefit of production and introduction of resource-saving programs, in particular, the development of a system for separate collection of waste at the place of residence of citizens. Self-organization institutions in the community are a platform for the development of a separate waste collection system. Territorial public self-government of the city of Uryupinsk served as a base for research on the possibility of introducing a system of separate collection of garbage in modern Russia in general.
