Development of a Simulation System of Decision-Making Algorithms
2017
This paper will focus on the foundations and applications of decision-making theory. Research on machine learning has greatly improved performance of computer systems, which have the ability to learn without being explicitly programmed. Decision-making algorithms is widely applied in these systems.

However, there is a need for a reliable and valid instrument, grounded in a theoretical framework, which can demonstrate and analyze efficiency of decision-making algorithms in these systems. Thus, in this research, I aim to describe historical development and construct an effective program system to illustrate advantages of using decision-making algorithms in machine learning.

This work consists of 40 pages, 12 pictures, 1 table and 9 references.
