Annotation To Dissertation: «Lean production introduction problems on Joint-Stock Company «Salut» Student of the 2nd year of Master’s degree Kurchanova Anastasia Alekseevna Modern development of the World Economy and processes of globalization of the world business, the formation of global markets contributed to increased interest in competitiveness of enterprises. To gain a foothold in the international and local market Russian enterprises had to take the path of competitive development solving the following key problems: high production cost, low quality, obsolete equipment, устаревшее оборудование, obsolete technologies, high energy intensity, violation of delivery times, lack of qualified personnel. Each enterprise should look for an opportunity to reduce the cost of production and to solve problems, increasing operational efficiency of production. The concept of lean manufacturing is designed to solve these pressing problems of enterprises: to minimize losses when achieving maximum productivity. Many organizations are aware of the importance of lean manufacturing. Nevertheless, only a few of them use lean-tools competently, ie. Lean tools. This dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the problems of lean production introduction on the enterprise for the production of aircraft engines Joint-Stock Company «Salut» Recommendations for the elimination of identified problems, put forward in accordance with the best practices of lean manufacturing implementation, will help the company to achieve its goals and take a competitive position in the market.
