Electronic Document Management as a Tool of Process Optimization in Govenrment

This research is devoted to the study of electronic document management as an element of process optimization in public authorities. In the process of the study, the practice of optimization of processes was considered, and the possibility of automatization of optimized processes, as well as general characteristics and study of the transition to electronic document management, was evaluated. The work with the documentation within the framework of the regional government bodies was considered and the factors characterizing the drawbacks in the work of electronic document management were identified. As a result of the study, were identified the most bureaucratic regions of the Russian Federation, and were proposed the practical recommendations for improving the use of the electronic document management system.
