The Legal Regime of Self-Regulatory Organizations

The paper provides for the contemporary Russian self-regulatory system on the financial market, the legal regime of the self-regulatory organizations and its incorporation. The field of the research also lays in the area of the self-regulatory organization membership and cash flows as well as the public authorities (The Bank of Russia) control and the termination of the self-regulatory organization.
