Developing a CSR Strategy for Large Metallurgical Companies in Economic Crisis Conditions (on the Case of MMC Norilsk Nickel)

The paper deals with theoretical positions of CSR evolution. Much attention is given to interconnection between CSR and Strategic Management Theory. It is analyzed the management system of CSR in MMC «Norilsk Nickel». It is specially noted the key elements of corporate social performance and managerial side of CSR in the company. The author gives the valuable information on managerial structure of CSR and the process of CSR strategy formation, which is integrated into the corporate strategy of MMC «Norilsk Nickel». The need is stressed to employ the recommendations in economic crisis conditions.
