Distribution of an Economic Effect from Collaboration Projects in the Supply Chain on the Example of Metro Cash & Carry, LLC

The development and further operating of the supply chain implies a relationship between the focal company and other actors in the promotion of core and associated flows from point of origin to place of consumption. However, one of the main barriers to the establishment of cooperation between the parties is a question of distribution of the necessary costs and potential benefits, i.e. economic effect. In this reserach, the approach to the distribution of economic benefits from collaboration projects in the supply chain was developed. The author analyzes the existing theoretical concepts in the field of interorganizational coordination, the theory of ecosystems, game theory, etc. that were relevant adapted and expanded to meet the considered business case. The author proposed a system of measures was tested on the example of Russian trading company and implementation of traceability with suppliers of fresh categories, having proved their economic effectiveness and relevance.
