Due to the high level of competition in today's pharmaceutical wholesale market, companies need to pay special attention to the improvement of logistics systems. Introduction of logistics management in the pharmaceutical business practices can significantly reduce all kinds of product inventory, accelerate capital turnover, lower production costs and, ultimately, provide the most complete satisfaction of consumers with quality products and high level of service. One such method is the introduction of VMI technology. The purpose of the work is based on analysis of the company and its logistics activities, the study of modern methodological approaches to logistics to develop recommendations for the development and improvement of the logistics system.
