Key words: supply chain management, logistics, petrochemical industry, logistics controlling, Balanced Scorecard. Currently, the petrochemical market is highly developed and technologically advanced. Companies implement modern logistics technologies to improve business efficiency and competitiveness. However, it is necessary to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of innovative approaches constantly, as the lack of attention to details and various features of an approach may result in additional costs for the company. The purpose of the Master Thesis is the development of measures to improve the functioning of the supply chain by improving the logistics controlling. In the paper, the algorithm of the efficiency analysis and the improvement of logistics controlling was developed, as well as the analysis of current system of logistics controlling was conducted. Actions proposed in this work can improve business performance indicators such as return on assets and return on equity. 5. Graduation Thesis Content: 85 pages, 11 pictures, 11 tables, 33 sources of literature.
