The Study of Critical Success Factors in Hospitality SME Business Performance

This study is based on critical success factors analysis for small and medium enterprises on Russian travel market. The study is important for successful business developing. Especially this is useful for companies in the tourism industry in Russia because of the unstable economic and political environment. The results of this study identify the key success factors of small and medium tourist business in Russia, as well as their assessment of the use by importance and influence on the overall company performance.
