This document is an explanatory note to the master’s final work on “Clustering of Gene Sequences with an Unknown Number of Clusters”. In this work was realized analysis of methods of HLA Typing and review of existing realizations of sequence clustering methods. It was the selection of methods for the realization of software for gene sequence clustering. Using the k-means ++, DBSCAN, and Spectral Clustering algorithms, clustering of sequences with an unknown number of clusters was performed.
