Improving the Reliability of Supply Chains in Purchasing Logistics

In this paper, the author examines methods for assessing and improving the reliability of supply chains in supply logistics and their individual business processes. The object of the study are supply chains in purchase department, including the processes that are taking place in them, implemented by the organization on the example of LLC "VOK-MEDICAL-P". The aim of the work is to develop methods to improve the reliability of supply chains in supply logistics. To achieve the goal of this work, the following tasks were set: to study the theoretical and methodological aspects of ensuring the reliability of supply chains, to carry out the analysis of supply chains by the example of the enterprise «VOK-MEDICAL-P», and also to develop measures to improve the reliability of supply chains for chosen company. The instrumental base of the research was following: the methods of logistical and economic analysis, operations research, probability theory, reliability of technical systems, logical analysis and synthesis, scientific classification, etc. As a result of the study, the methodology for improving the reliability of supply chains by outsourcing foreign economic activity as an optimal solution for the development of the supply chain was developed and adapted using the example of the company «VOK-MEDICAL-P».
