Legal Normative Act as a Sourse of Employment and Labour Law

The purpose of this study is to determine the meaning and place of local regulations that contain the norms of labor law in the sphere of regulation and improvement of labor relations. Objectives of the study: - to define the concept and classify existing local normative acts containing the norms of labor law; - to allocate functions of local normative acts containing norms of the labor law; - Define the legal technique used in the development and adoption of local legal acts in the world of work; - to reveal the concept and place of the collective agreement as a legal act of social partnership; - to analyze the rules of internal labor regulations. A theoretical analysis of local normative acts containing the norms of the labor law of the Russian Federation has been made, a concept has been given and a classification of local normative acts containing norms of the labor law has been given, and the functions of local normative acts have been revealed. The legal technique of development and adoption of local normative acts in the sphere of labor on specific examples is shown. The characteristics of local labor acts in the sphere of labor in the system of regulatory sources with the involvement of specific examples are given, the labor contract as a legal act of social partnership is considered, the rules of the internal labor schedule are studied as an obligatory labor local act of the organization. Conclusions: One of the priority areas of jurisprudence and practice is the creation of a coherent and efficient system of rules for the legal technique of local acts. It is necessary to investigate not only legal equipment as a general legal category, but also to introduce it along industrial lines. Legal technology is important in drawing up local regulations that would structure local acts, giving them a systemic appearance from both the external and internal sides.
