The Distribution of Inherited Wealth

D.A. Orlova The Distribution of Inherited Wealth The graduate paper is aimed at analyzing of the category of civil legislation - the distribution of inherited wealth. The main objectives of the paper are: 1) to define the concepts of "inherited wealth", "distribution of inherited wealth"; 2) to study the legal nature of the distribution and its types; 3) to explore the subjects of the distribution, their classifications and relationships; 4) to analyze the running of the time periods for the process of the distribution; 5) to consider issues of the content and the form of agreement on the distribution of inherited wealth; 6) to identify the problematic issues in the study area. This paper consists of an introduction, three chapters ("General provisions on the distribution of inherited wealth", "Characteristics of the distribution of inherited wealth", "Agreement on the distribution of inherited wealth"), six sections, a conclusion and a bibliography. Based on this research the following conclusions were made: firstly, the process of the distribution of inherited wealth is connected with a hereditary legal relationship, and also possesses the features of proprietary and obligatory legal relationships; secondly, it is necessary to reform the legislation on the distribution of inherited wealth with respect to participation of the custody and guardianship agency, as well as the plurality of subjects with a preferential rights; thirdly, the notarial form for the agreement on the distribution of inherited wealth should be introduced.
