Optimal built-up logistics business processes allow not only to reduce logistics costs, but also to increase the productivity of the logistics infrastructure, reduce the response time of the supply chain, improve the level of service and increase the company's profit. The aim of the study is to improve the process of the distribution for finished goods. A tool for planning of the distribution of finished goods was developed by means of analytical platform tools and mathematical modeling in this research. This tool was analyzed from the point of view of economic efficiency, and the impact on the company's activity was assessed. 5.
