In this paper, the researcher made an attemtp to substantiate essensiality of the adoption of the law on the Execution of the European court of human rights judgments. Primarily, for the purpose of the protection of human rights and freedoms in accordance with international standards of justice considering through which "lens" the right to a court passes from fixing it at the international level, then perceiving it as the right to a fair trial at the regional level (in this case within the framework of European Convention), and the subsequent implementation at the national level of the constitutional right to judicial protection. And how does the difference in the understandings of proper justice (especially in the civil process) influence on the implementation of the standards of justice contained in the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights.
