It is obvious that in the modern world medicines are an integral part of the health care system. Providing the population with medicines in the right amount in recent years is becoming an increasingly pressing problem for all countries of the world. This is the problem of high social importance, since 95% of all medical appointments are for the discharge of medicines, which directly affects the quality and guarantees of the provision of medical care. It is not surprising that providing patients with medicines is one of the most important tasks of healthcare, and it is impossible to imagine a modern healthcare system without pharmacotherapy. This precisely characterise the situation with treatment of so-called, orphan diseases, in which the success of treatment, quality and life expectancy of patients depend precisely on adequate and regular pharmacotherapy.
