Organizational Culture of Entrepreneurial University

A study was conducted to identify the peculiarities of the type of organizational culture of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the National Research University "Higher School of Economics". In this regard, modern concepts of the entrepreneurial university, the main manifestations of entrepreneurship in higher education institutions and barriers to building an entrepreneurial culture were analyzed. The main approaches to understanding the nature of organizational culture have been explored, as well as the features of university culture. In the course of the study, the results of the Nizhny Novgorod branch activities of the Higher School of Economics were analyzed for the analysis of the campus as an entrepreneurial university. It was revealed that the entrepreneurial culture at the university is not fully integrated. A study was conducted to identify the type of organizational culture of the campus and the value orientations of teachers. The obtained results indicate that the type of the organizational culture is communal and academic values dominate the entrepreneurial.
