Plurality of Creditors in a Credit Agreement

The research concerns some features of legal regulation of plurality of creditors in a credit agreement. In the present work, we have considered theoretical and practical issues arising from applying in the credit agreement of constructions related to the plurality of creditors. The lack of legal clarity and gaps in judicial practice are the central problem of enforcing the constructions. The author analyzes methods, subjects and sources of regulation, defines the role of plurality of creditors in a credit agreement, the way of creditors interaction. On that basis we justify the need to made editions in national legislation and we define its possible development paths.
