The general aim of this project is to develop a system of integrated security of supply chains. The study describes handling with risk situations on the firm, while analyzing different tools that can be used for this purpose. The main problems during this activity is risks detection and prevention and achieving the visibility of supply chains. To deal with these problems several methods are being considered including Risk Management, Supply Chain Event Management (SCEM), Supply Chain Monitoring (SCMo) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). To achieve this goal theory of Reliability and Stability of Supply chains should be taken into consideration. The results suggest that implementation of this system can help effect less losses by preventing negative situations for the firm. This project is foundation for future researches of risk management in supply chains and can be used for company development. The project will begin with company description, then describe named methodologies and finally observe their integration in one tool in order to accomplish visibility of supply chains.
