Final qualifying work purpose is the analysis and detailed examination of aspects of the development of the KPI system for the information security processes. The subject of research: using Business&Security Intelligence systems to perform the functions of visualization information security KPI in organizations. In final qualifying work includes introduction, 4 chapters, conclusion and application. The introduction is the substantiation of the choice of the topic, relevance of the problem, determination of goals and objectives, the results obtained. The first chapter deals with the analysis and audits of is processes. The second chapter provides an analysis of the best russian and international practices in the development of KPIs, as well as legal aspects. The third chapter is devoted to the development of the KPI system. The fourth chapter provides an assessment of the applicability and effectiveness of the developed KPI, as well as economic aspects. The results obtained are recommended to be used for educational purposes, when writing scientific papers and to implement the processes of implementation of systems of class Business&Security Intelligence in organizations, and in developing KPI in organizations.
